If you purchase one of our digital guides, playbooks, or resources and genuinely feel that it did not provide value to you in any way, you may request a refund.

Simply email us at pdfmentorme@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the product purchased, along with a brief explanation of your request.

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Digital Products

Due to the downloadable nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, repeated refund requests, fraud, or abuse of this policy.
